refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at byameliaandwhite@gmail.com. If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of the return is at your own expense and items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Inspect your order at reception and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

customized products (special orders or personalized items) are non-refundable. Also, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, we'll contact you to review how we'll refund your money.
